Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2026 These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Farvis.me and related Discord bots operated by KueTech Digital e.U. ("Farvis", "we", "us"). 1. Service Farvis provides Discord bots and a web dashboard for server management (tickets, todos, moderation tools, games, and premium features). Features may change; we aim to give reasonable notice for material changes. 2. Accounts You must log in with a valid Discord account and have permission to manage servers you configure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping Discord credentials secure. 3. Farvis Pro (subscriptions) • Farvis Pro is billed per Discord server (guild) on a monthly or yearly basis. • Prices are shown at checkout in EUR unless stated otherwise. • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your payment provider portal or by contacting us. • Premium features apply to the guild covered by the active subscription. 4. Farvis Tokens (FT) • FT are virtual in-platform credits for optional features (e.g. CS2 idle cases). They have no real-world cash value, are non-transferable outside Farvis, and are not legal tender. • FT purchases are generally final once credited; see our Refund Policy. • We may adjust FT balances in case of fraud, chargebacks, or technical errors. 5. Acceptable use You must not use Farvis to break Discord's Terms of Service, applicable law, or others' rights. Prohibited: spam, harassment, malware, unauthorized access, or circumventing paywalls. We may suspend access without refund for serious violations. 6. Availability We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Bots depend on Discord's API and your server configuration. Maintenance windows may occur. 7. Liability To the extent permitted by Austrian law, we are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body, or health. Otherwise liability for slight negligence is limited to typical, foreseeable damages. Farvis is provided "as is" within these limits. 8. Intellectual property Farvis branding, code, and content are owned by KueTech Digital e.U. or licensors. You receive a limited license to use the service while your subscription or free tier access is valid. 9. Third-party services Discord, payment providers, and hosting partners are independent contractors. Their terms apply in addition to these Terms. 10. Governing law These Terms are governed by Austrian law, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain unaffected. 11.
