Last updated: May 2026 This Privacy Policy explains how KueTech Digital e.U. ("we", "us") processes personal data when you use Farvis.me (https://farvis.me) and our Discord bots. 1. What we process • Discord account: user ID, username, avatar URL, and guild memberships when you log in via Discord OAuth (required to use the dashboard and assign bot permissions). • Server data: Discord guild IDs, channel IDs, and configuration you save in the Farvis dashboard. • Billing: invoice numbers, plan interval, payment status, and transaction references from payment providers (we do not store full card numbers). • Contact form: name, e-mail, and message content you send to us. • Technical data: IP address (short-term, security/rate limits), browser type, and page paths when analytics is enabled. • Cookies & local storage: session cookies for login, cookie consent choice, and optional analytics identifiers (see section 5). 3. Purposes and legal bases (GDPR) • Provide the service, bots, and dashboard — Art. 6 (1) b (contract). • Process payments and invoices — Art. 6 (1) b and legal obligations Art. 6 (1) c. • Security, abuse prevention, and platform analytics — Art. 6 (1) f (legitimate interest), or Art. 6 (1) a where consent is required. • Marketing cookies / Google Analytics — Art. 6 (1) a (consent only; you can refuse without losing core site features). 4. Payment processors Depending on your choice at checkout, data may be processed by: • Paddle (Merchant of Record for Farvis Pro) • PayPal • Stripe (Farvis Token wallet packs and optional card checkout) • Binance Pay (where configured) Each provider has its own privacy policy. We receive confirmation webhooks and billing metadata only. 5. Cookies and analytics Essential (no consent required) • Session cookie for Discord login and dashboard access. • Cookie consent storage (localStorage key: farvis_cookie_consent). Optional (only after you click "Accept all" in the cookie banner) • Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) — measurement ID configured in our environment; IP may be anonymized per Google settings. Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy • First-party analytics on Farvis.me — anonymous page views sent to our API (path + random session ID) to improve the product. If you choose "Essential only" or reject optional cookies, Google Analytics and first-party page analytics are not loaded. You can change your choice by clearing site data or using browser controls. 6. Discord Discord OAuth is provided by Discord Inc. / Discord Netherlands B.V. Their privacy policy applies to login: https://discord.com/privacy 7. Retention We keep account and billing records as long as your subscription or legal obligations require, then delete or anonymize where possible. Contact messages are kept for support history unless you ask for deletion. 8. Your rights You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing where applicable. You may withdraw consent at any time (e.g. cookie choice). You may lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (DSB): https://www.dsb.gv.at/ 9. International transfers Some subprocessors (e.g. Google, Discord, Stripe, Paddle) may process data outside the EEA with appropriate safeguards (SCCs or adequacy decisions). 10.
