Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: May 2026 This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to paid services on Farvis.me operated by KueTech Digital e.U.. 1. Scope • Farvis Pro subscriptions (monthly / yearly) • Farvis Token (FT) wallet packs • Promotional vouchers 2. Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers) If you are a consumer, you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving reasons (FAGG / consumer protection rules). Important exception for digital content: If you request immediate access to Farvis Pro or FT and expressly agree that performance begins before the withdrawal period ends, you acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once delivery has started. 3. Farvis Pro subscriptions • You may cancel future renewals at any time via your payment provider (Paddle, PayPal, etc.) or by e-mail to contact@farvis.me with your invoice number. • Cancellation stops the next billing cycle; access continues until the end of the paid period. • We do not refund unused partial periods except where required by law or at our discretion in case of prolonged platform outage caused by us. 4. Farvis Tokens FT packs are digital goods credited immediately. Refunds are not offered after FT have been added to your wallet, except for duplicate charges or proven technical failure on our side. 5. Chargebacks Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unjustified chargebacks may lead to account suspension. 6. How to request a refund E-mail contact@farvis.me with: • Invoice number (FV-…) • Discord user ID or login name • Guild ID (for Pro) • Reason for the request We respond within a reasonable time (typically 5 business days). Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method where possible. 7.
