Farvis Lifetime Plan — Terms of Service

These supplementary terms apply when you purchase the Farvis Pro Lifetime or Farvis Pro+ Lifetime plan (collectively, the “Lifetime Plan”). They sit on top of Farvis’s general Terms of Service and Refund Policy. Where these supplementary terms conflict with the general terms, these supplementary terms apply to the Lifetime Plan only.
1. What “lifetime” means
“Lifetime” means the operational lifetime of the Farvis service, not your personal lifetime, the lifetime of any specific Discord server, or any other measure. As long as Farvis continues to operate the Farvis bots and platform, your Lifetime Plan entitles you to use the Farvis Pro (or Pro+) features that are generally available to paying subscribers, on the number of Discord servers permitted by your tier (Pro: 1 server; Pro+: up to 10 servers).
We grant the Lifetime entitlement for an initial reference period of fifty (50) years from the date of purchase. This reference period is a technical implementation detail — it is not a promise that the Farvis service will be operated for fifty years.
2. Scope of features
The Lifetime Plan entitles you to the features that are part of the Pro or Pro+ tier as those tiers exist from time to time. We may add, change, remove, or re-tier features. New, separately-priced product tiers (for example, a future “Pro Ultra” or enterprise tier) are not automatically included in your Lifetime Plan even if they extend or replace existing features. Features that depend on third-party services (Discord API capabilities, Steam, etc.) may change or end at no fault of Farvis and without entitling you to a refund.
3. Single user · non-transferable · non-resellable
- The Lifetime Plan is granted to one Discord account — the account that completed the checkout. It cannot be assigned, sold, gifted, traded, or otherwise transferred to another Discord account, person, or legal entity.
- Discord servers may be assigned to and removed from your slot pool (Pro: 1, Pro+: up to 10) at any time, but the entitlement itself stays attached to your Discord user.
- Sharing your Discord account credentials with others to circumvent the slot limit is a material breach of these terms and may result in termination without refund.
4. Acceptable use
The Lifetime Plan is for personal or small-business use of the Farvis bots on Discord servers you control or moderate. It does not entitle you to operate a paid reselling or white-label service on top of Farvis, to run automated scraping against Farvis APIs, or to abuse Farvis features in any way that is forbidden by our general Terms or by Discord’s own Terms of Service. We may suspend or terminate the Lifetime Plan for abuse, fraud, chargebacks, or other ToS violations without refund.
5. Refund window
You may request a full refund of the Lifetime Plan within fourteen (14) days of purchase, provided that you have not been suspended for breach of these terms during that window. Email contact@farvis.me with your invoice number. After 14 days the purchase is final, subject only to the discontinuation refund described in Section 6.
6. Discontinuation of the service
If we decide to permanently shut down the Farvis service or any material part of it that your Lifetime Plan depends on, we will:
- Give you at least 90 days’ notice by email at the address on file (and an announcement in the Farvis Discord server and on www.farvis.me).
- Offer you a pro-rata refund calculated against a five-year reference period from your purchase date, as follows:
refund = purchase_price × max(0, (5 years − time_elapsed_since_purchase) / 5 years)For example, if Farvis shuts down two years after you bought Pro Lifetime for €149, you would be refunded €149 × (3/5) = €89.40. After five years of use, the Lifetime Plan is considered fully consumed and no discontinuation refund is owed. - The 90-day notice and pro-rata refund constitute your sole remedy in the event of discontinuation. You waive any further claim for damages arising from the end of the service.
If Farvis is acquired or merged, the acquirer may continue the Lifetime Plan on the same terms, in which case no refund is owed and no notice is required.
7. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or PayPal dispute outside the 14-day refund window (Section 5) is a material breach. We will terminate the Lifetime Plan immediately upon notice of such a dispute, contest the dispute with evidence of service delivery, and reserve the right to recover associated processing fees from any future purchase. If you believe you have grounds for a refund, please email us first.
8. Pricing of other tiers
Buying a Lifetime Plan does not entitle you to a refund or price adjustment if the monthly, yearly, or lifetime price of any Farvis tier subsequently goes up or down. The price you paid is the price you paid.
9. Changes to these terms
We may change these supplementary terms going forward. Material changes affecting existing Lifetime Plan holders will be announced with at least 30 days’ notice. The version in effect on the date you purchased the Lifetime Plan continues to govern your purchase to the extent permitted by applicable law.
10. Governing law and severability
These supplementary terms are governed by the law identified in our general Terms of Service. If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
