Frequently asked questions
Is it really free to play?+
Yes — 100%. Every base card in every set is unlocked from day one. You can build any deck, climb the PvP ladder, and win tournaments without spending a single Berry. Skin packs are the only thing you can pay for, and skins are pure cosmetic — they never affect gameplay.
If everything is free, what do you sell?+
Only skins. Alt-art prints, manga rares, and SP/Promo cards. Same card mechanically, different art. Open a skin pack to chase that gorgeous parallel Luffy, then flex it in your deck. That's it — no pay-to-win, no card power-creep behind a paywall.
Will skins make my deck stronger?+
No. A base print and its alt-art version play identically — same cost, same power, same effect text. Skins exist for collectors and pretty-deck enjoyers. If someone with a fully-skinned Luffy deck loses to your free base Luffy deck, that's the point.
How do I earn BRY to buy skin packs?+
Daily idle claim (every 4h via /optcg claim or the dashboard), win PvP matches, place in tournaments, complete daily quests, and rack up achievement bonuses. BRY can never be bought with real money — it's earned by playing.
